Job Requirements

1. Proficiency in Java and Web client programming technology (Html / Javascript / CSS, etc.);
2. Master Java Web technology (JSP / Serlet / JDBC, etc.)
3. Master at leastSybase / SQL Server / Oracle;
4. Skilled use of the Eclipse / JBuilder development tools;
5. Applicant with one year experience in using Structs/Hibernate preferred;
6. Applicant with more than two years of Java project development experience and relevant experience in project management preferred;
7. A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
8. Applicant with IT vocational training experience preferred;

Job Requirements

1. Graduates majoring in enterprise management or related majors with more than three years of experience in the administration of enterprises and personnel management;
2. Familiar with the "Labor Law" and the labor laws and regulations in the place where the company is located and good at dealing with the labor relations between the company and the staff;
3. Familiar with the corporate related personnel management procedures, and good at formulating and improving the administrative and personnel management systems and procedures to ensure their effective implementation;
4. Familiar with various training and examination methods, and good at developing procedures and measures for staff training and performance appraisal and ensuring its effective implementation;
5. With strong literary knowledge and good at writing official documents;
